Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities: As a Custom Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing custom software solutions to design, code, and enhance components across systems or applications. You will utilize modern frameworks and agile practices to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions tailored to specific business needs. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Implement best practices in software development to ensure high-quality deliverables.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing software solutions for better performance and user experience.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance your skill set and contribute innovative ideas.
Mentor junior team members and share knowledge to foster a collaborative learning environment.
This role is hybrid and requires being onsite at least 2 days per week with the client or as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 2+ years of work experience.
Advanced proficiency in Salesforce Development is required.
HS Diploma/ GED
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's or Associate's Degree
